New Year’s Resolutions and Oral Health

Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a great holiday season and is looking forward to the new year. Many new year’s resolutions are focused on getting in better shape like losing weight or quitting smoking. If better health is your goal then let me suggest another routine, daily flossing and seeing a dentist twice a year. Your oral health is closely linked to your overall health and can be the cause or predictor of many medical conditions including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and even Alzheimer’s. A beautiful smile is not only good for your health but for your confidence and self-esteem as well.
