See Your Dentist At Least 2x Per Year

We recommend a check-up every 6 months for those with healthy teeth and gums. Some people will need to come in sooner every 3-4 months due to periodontal disease.
At each visit we will review your concerns, dental chart, and medical history so we can determine the most appropriate care for you. The check up will include a dental prophylaxis or cleaning. The dental hygienist will check the condition of you teeth and gums and remove the plaque, tartar, and bacteria that causes tooth decay and gum disease followed by polishing any remaining stain and plaque. A regular checkup includes a visual exam of your mouth. We check for decay, signs of wear problems with any existing restorations, followed by an oral cancer exam.
Most importantly dental hygiene instructions are given to help you keep your smile beautiful and healthy.
Left unchecked, dental conditions such as infected teeth, tooth loss, receding gums, loss of bone can occur.
With regular exams, we can detect problems early and help you maintain your oral and overall health.
